1. Order Cancellation
• Due to the instant delivery nature of digital products, orders cannot be canceled once payment has been processed.

2. Refund Policy
• Non-Refundable Products: All digital downloads are non-refundable as they cannot be returned.
• Exceptional Cases: Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

• The template does not match the description provided on our Website.
• If your request is approved, refunds will be processed within 3-4 business days.
3. How to Request a Refund

• Provide your order details, reason for the refund request, and any supporting screenshots if applicable.
• If refund is approved, refund will be processed within 2 working days into the bank account.
• We reserve the right to deny refund requests if they do not meet our policy requirements.
4. Chargebacks and Disputes
• If a chargeback or dispute is filed through your payment provider without prior communication, we reserve the right to deny future purchases.
